All concrete blocks and masonry units supplied by Blucindustry Global Supply Limited are produced using automated mechanical vibrators and calibrated mix ratios complying with Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) benchmarks.

Due to the intrinsic properties of natural raw materials (sharp sand, stone dust, cement, and quarry aggregates), slight variances in color tone, surface texture, and nominal dimensions (within ±3mm) are inherent to concrete manufacturing and do not indicate structural compromise.

Blucindustry reserves the right to optimize raw material blend proportions without prior notice as part of our continuous quality assurance and weather-adaptive curing protocols.

Delivery dates, dispatch windows, and transit tracking times communicated through our platform or customer representatives represent operational estimates based on prevailing traffic, route accessibility, and production queues.

While we make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure timely site arrival, Blucindustry shall not be liable for delivery delays occasioned by unmotorable road conditions, adverse weather, fuel supply chain disruptions, or vehicular breakdowns.

The customer bears sole responsibility for confirming that the delivery site can accommodate 6-tire to 10-tire tipper haulage trucks. If access is obstructed by low power lines, ditches, or narrow access gates, drivers will offload at the nearest safe and legal location.

Construction material and haulage tariffs in Nigeria are subject to market changes driven by cement manufacturer pricing, fuel costs, and inflation. Real-time platform prices are guaranteed only once full payment has been confirmed and an Order ID is issued.

Informal estimates, unconfirmed cart items, or expired quotations do not bind Blucindustry to historical unit pricing.

Blucindustry reserves the right to cancel or pause orders where pricing was erroneously displayed due to technical, database, or typographic glitches, subject to full refund of any deposited funds.

Blucindustry warrants that all vibrated concrete blocks delivered meet our documented compression standards at the time of supply.

In the event of manufacturing defects, our sole liability and your exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of the verified defective units or a refund of the purchase price for the affected units, determined at our discretion.

Blucindustry disclaims all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including but not limited to building contractor labor downtime, scaffold rental charges, construction schedule delays, or structural demolition costs.

Concrete masonry units require level, stable stacking ground and protection from ground waterlogging prior to laying.

The customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring that blocks are stacked safely on site, handled with appropriate protective gear, and incorporated into buildings by qualified professionals in accordance with the National Building Code of Nigeria.

Blucindustry disclaims liability for block breakage, corner shearing, or structural failures caused by improper handling, tossing from trucks, high-stack collapses, or premature loading before full mortar curing.

Blucindustry shall not be deemed in breach of its supply obligations for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, floods, civil unrest, communal disputes, road blockades, state-mandated curfews, industrial strikes, and severe logistics disruptions.

In such instances, supply schedules will be extended by a duration reasonable to resume safe production and transit.

Online payment processing is facilitated through Paystack, a CBN-licensed payment processor. Blucindustry is not liable for intermittent gateway downtime, network transaction drops, or bank-side debit delays.

External mapping links, GPS coordinates, and third-party telecom routing tools are provided solely for user convenience and operational support.
